1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 639jls website and services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific services or promotions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and 639jls (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. 2. Eligibility and Registration

Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to register for an account and participate in real-money gaming on the 639jls Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal at the time of accessing and using the Platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. The Company reserves the right to restrict access to the Platform in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.

Account Registration: To access certain features and services on the Platform, you must register for an account. During registration, you agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete

Account Limitations: Each person is permitted only one account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances. You may not allow any other person to use your account, and you may not use any account other than your own.

Verification Requirements: 639jls reserves the right to request verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits: You may fund your 639jls account using approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and credit/debit cards. All deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of technical errors or as otherwise required by law. The Company reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits and to refuse any deposit without providing a reason.

Withdrawals: You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to completion of account verification requirements and compliance with applicable bonus terms and wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests are processed using the same payment method used for deposit where possible. The Company reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals and to refuse withdrawals that violate these Terms & Conditions.

Processing Times: While 639jls strives to process withdrawals quickly (typically within 5-10 minutes for GCash), actual processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected, verification status, and other factors. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

Fees: 639jls does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors may impose their own fees, which are the sole responsibility of the Player. Currency conversion fees may apply for transactions conducted in currencies other than Philippine Pesos.

Anti-Money Laundering: 639jls is committed to preventing money laundering and complies with applicable anti-money laundering laws and regulations. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to appropriate authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation. Players may be required to wager deposited funds at least once before withdrawal requests will be processed.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonus Terms: All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by 639jls are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated in the promotional materials. These may include wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, maximum bet limits while bonus is active, and withdrawal restrictions. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand all applicable bonus terms before accepting any promotion.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Promotional Changes: The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding any promotion, the Company's decision shall be final and binding.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

Game Results: All games on the 639jls Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been tested and approved by independent third-party testing agencies. The outcome of each game is determined by the RNG and cannot be manipulated by the Company or the Player. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected game rounds are void and refunded.

Prohibited Activities: Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Using automated betting systems, robots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or errors in game operation
• Using VPNs or other methods to disguise location or circumvent geographic restrictions
• Engaging in fraudulent activity including chargebacks, use of stolen payment methods, or identity theft
• Harassing or threatening other players or Company staff
• Engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

Investigation and Sanctions: The Company reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these Terms & Conditions and to take appropriate action including account suspension, account termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities. During an investigation, the Company may freeze accounts and withhold withdrawals pending resolution.

6. Responsible Gaming

639jls is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and preventing problem gambling. We provide tools to help players manage their gaming activity including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic logout after specified durations of continuous play

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 639jls Platform including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, "Content") is the property of 639jls or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content from the Platform except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of Content in RAM incidental to accessing and viewing such Content
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages for your personal, non-commercial use

Any unauthorized use of Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws and may result in criminal or civil penalties.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to 639jls. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 639JLS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

1. Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform
2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
3. Any content obtained from the Platform
4. Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

IN NO EVENT SHALL 639JLS'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE PLATFORM EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO 639JLS, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE DATE THE CLAIM AROSE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the limitations set forth above may not apply to you. If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the Platform or with these Terms & Conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform.

10. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution: If a dispute arises between you and 639jls, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms & Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the Philippines, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

Class Action Waiver: To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

11. Account Termination

Termination by Player: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon termination, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account subject to completion of applicable wagering requirements and verification procedures.

Termination by Company: 639jls reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Platform for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Engaging in prohibited activities as defined in Section 5
• Extended periods of account inactivity

Upon termination by the Company for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited. The Company shall have no liability to you or any third party for termination of your account or access to the Platform.

12. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific services or promotions, constitute the entire agreement between you and 639jls regarding the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver: The failure of 639jls to enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms & Conditions or your account without the prior written consent of 639jls. The Company may assign or transfer these Terms & Conditions without restriction.
